Welcome to State of Being Massage Therapy.  I'm Heidi Suprun, LMT.  I'm a native Houstonian and a graduate of Bellaire High School and the University of Texas.  I later attended the Massage Therapy Clinic and School in Webster Texas.  With 30 years of experience as a licensed massage therapist, I've worked on clients in doctor's and chiropractor's offices, luxury day spas, a pilates studio and at River Oaks Country Club.  I've learned alot over the years and my work continues to evolve.  

Today I practice an integrated approach to body and nervous system care.  I specialize in advanced massage and sensory wellness - including restorative facials, ASMR and Reiki designed to release physical tension, regulate stress and support a profound state of balance and ease.
