Massage Therapy
A highly customized, results-oriented bodywork session tailored entirely to your unique needs delivered by a practitioner with decades of experience. Sessions are designed to relieve pain and tension, promote relaxation, improve circulation, and restore ease in the body. Modalities include Swedish, deep tissue, sports recovery & stretching, lymphatic drainage, myofascial release and neuromuscular therapy. Prenatal massage is offered after the first trimester and is done in a supported, side-lying position.

Prenatal Massage
Delivered by a certified prenatal massage therapist with decades of experience, prenatal massage is designed to nurture and support expectant mothers through the physical changes of pregnancy. This deeply soothing session focuses on easing lower back tension, reducing swelling in the legs and alleviating shoulder strain. Using a side lying position with a supportive pregnancy pillow, this massage unwinds the nervous system and soothes aching muscles. Prenatal massage is available after the first trimester.

Welcome to State of Being Massage Therapy. I'm Heidi Suprun, LMT. I'm a native Houstonian and a graduate of Bellaire High School and the University of Texas. I later attended the Massage Therapy Clinic and School in Webster Texas. With 30 years of experience as a licensed massage therapist, I've worked on clients in doctors' and chiropractors' offices, luxury day spas, a pilates studio and at River Oaks Country Club. I've learned a lot over the years and my work continues to evolve.
